CoveStar is a commercial real state company. But they’re so much more than that, and they needed a new brand and web presence in order to reflect a boutique niche within a saturated Asheville market.
Navigating the ins and outs of the complicated commercial real estate business, as well as investment opportunities, and legal and land use issues, presented a challenge for the new brand. This navigation theme became the crux of the new brand mark.
The web marketing focused heavily on the end-users. Rather than make a web site that was all about the company, it became much more about the people and businesses that CoveStar helped, and continue to help, in realizing their business dreams and fulfilling their legacies.
